What's the best airport to use?
If you're flying in for Sean and Nicholle’s wedding, there are several airport options to consider based on your travel plans.
Gainesville Regional Airport (GNV) is the closest, just 15 minutes from downtown Gainesville and ideal for a quick, convenient arrival.
Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is about 1.5 hours northeast, offering a wider range of flights.
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 2 hours southeast and serves as a major hub with extensive domestic and international connections.
Tampa International Airport (TPA) is around 2.5 hours southwest, also offering a broad selection of flights.
Each airport provides rental car services and easy access to the wedding area, so you can choose the one that best fits your itinerary.
Will the wedding festivities be held indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held indoors at Queen of Peace Catholic Community. Rustic Oak Ranch is a spacious 5,200 sq ft open air-barn equipped with a bar, fireplace, restrooms, tables, chairs, and climate control options like fans and heaters.

The wedding ceremony will be held at Queen of Peace Catholic Community, located at 10900 SW 24th Ave in Gainesville, Florida. Parking is available on-site, so guests can arrive with ease and enjoy the celebration.
What’s the location for the cocktail hour and reception?
The cocktail hour and reception will take place at Rustic Oaks Ranch, located at 27317 NW 78th Ave in High Springs, Florida. After the ceremony, guests are invited to join us at this charming 40-acre venue for drinks, dinner, and dancing under the stars. Ample parking is available on-site, so you can arrive comfortably and enjoy the evening without worry.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Children are welcome at our wedding, and we’re so excited to celebrate with guests of all ages! Whether they’re dancing, playing, or just soaking in the joy, we’re looking forward to making this a family-friendly celebration filled with love and laughter.
Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?
We’re keeping our guest list to family and friends, so we’re not able to accommodate additional plus-ones. Each invited guest is listed by name on the invitation, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with those who know us best.

Yes, you're absolutely welcome to take photos at our wedding! If you'd like to share your snapshots from the big day, we’ve made it easy—just look for the signs around the venue with a QR code. Scan it to upload your photos directly to our wedding website, where everyone can enjoy the memories. We can’t wait to see the celebration through your lens!
